3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate II, at Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the petition in Crl.MP.No.416 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
