... Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, Directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose off the representation dated 04.03.2015 sent by the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the Agent of respondents 3 and 4, who are non banking financial institutions and according to him, he mobilized 40 customers and disbursed loans worth 1,74,50,000/-. The rate of interest was fixed at 1.586% per month and the respondents 3 and 4 demanded 2.24% per month with compound interest at the rate of 30% from the borrowers and they i nturn brought to the knowledge of the petitioner the excessive demand and unable to pay the same, defaults were committed and has also taken into task the petitioner, who mobilized the customers. The petitioner in order to buy peace, discharged the amounts and subsequently, made a representation dated 04.03.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2, against the unfair business practice on the part of the respondents 3 and 4 and the 2nd respondent has also sent a response dated 16.03.2015 that the matter is being looked into. Thereafter, nothing is forthcoming and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 04.03.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 3 to 5 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
