ORDER
Writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 11.04.2017.
2.The writ petitioners are due for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar on 15.09.2017 and they made a representation to the respondents in this regard. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed orders in favour of similarly placed persons in W.A.No.2216 of 2013 dated 03.04.2014. The writ petitioners are also seeking the similar relief in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.2216 of 2013 dated 03.04.2014. The petitioners have made a representation on 11.04.2017 and it was acknowledged by the respondents. The representation is still pending. In view of their promotion due from September 2017, the petitioners seek early disposal of their representation dated 11.04.2017.
3.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 11.04.2017, in the light of the order
passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2216 of 2013 dated 03.04.2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
