ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the credit of "The Chairman, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Court Buildings, Kancheepuram - 501", within a period of one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready, as per the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2785 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.23196 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25582 of 2025.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition is modified as "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai", instead of "The Chairman, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Court Buildings, Kancheepuram - 501". Further, a period of two weeks time is granted to comply with the condition imposed in the said order, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court. 2/4
