Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1644 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25549 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further order in CRIME No.713 of 2021 on the file fo the respondent police station. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.BASKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1644 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25549 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

3.
