Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent herein to pass an order on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 06.07.2018 pertaining to the petitioners' property.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 06.07.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 06.07.2018 to the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the patta in respect of their property in S.No.7/3, granted in favour of the sixth respondent, based on the forged documents created by the respondents 7 and

8. Finding no response on the said representation, the petitioners are before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the fourth respondent would consider the representation of the petitioners, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 06.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 6, 7 and 8, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
