ASHA, J, On 16.08.2023, this Court had watched the movie "Waltair Veerayya" and it is clearly evident that there is no similarity between the said movie to that of the Tamil movie "Agni Natchatiram". The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to get instructions in this regard.
