ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 27.1.2026 in O.A.No.9 of 2017, seeking to quash the same and consequently for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass order after giving an opportunity to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 27.01.2026 passed in I.A No.3 of 2026 on the file of the 1st respondent. However, the main O.A No.9 of 2017 itself came to be disposed of on 27.01.2026. Hence, this Court may be pleased to close the writ petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.01.2026 passed

in O.A No.9 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent, in the manner known to law.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.01.2026 passed in O.A No.9 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
