2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. The learned for the first respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing this application.

3.Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in filing the written statement of D2 is condoned and this application is allowed.
