This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st day of month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14615 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the charge sheet is filed and petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
