This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.155 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 379 and 506(i) of the IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.155 of 2023 , pending on the file of the first respondent police, has been enquired and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact'. The closure report has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
