The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2011 within the stipulated time. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2011 for divorce. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the Original Petition was filed in the year 2011, the trial Court has not disposed of the same. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Original Petition is ripe for trial.

va 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
