ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) It is submitted that the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, which is under challenge, was withdrawn by the respondent bank and, therefore, presently the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
