If the complaint given by the petitioner is not acted upon by the respondent police, the petitioner has to necessarily follow the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2017 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, and work out her remedy in accordance with law.
