Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint against the said proposed named persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents dated 07.06.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 07.06.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondents.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
