Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order substituted service for the sole respondent by publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" (IN CMP.No.7422 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAVI, Advocate for M/S.C.VEERARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner, the court made the following order:- Having regard to the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to serve notice by substituted service. 2.Hence, this petition is ordered subject to the following directions:- (a)The publication of notice shall be either in Dinamalar, Dinamani, Dinathanthi or Dinakaran, in the particular edition to ensure circulation in the locality where the respondent resides. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
