Crl.M.P.No.11023 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26697 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J The application has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.26697 of 2023. The condition that was imposed was that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.

It is stated that the condition has not been complied.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has enclosed medical report which states that the petitioner has suffered an operation to remove the uterus and is therefore, not able to comply with the condition.

Taking into consideration the circumstance, the condition is modified to appear once every alternate Saturday for a period of six times and thereafter, as and when required.
