ORDER

The petitioner seeks for renewal of the building sanction through this writ petition.

2. The petitioner had earlier applied for building sanction manually from the respondents in respect of the building morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and had also obtained the same. Since the building plan sanction obtained by the petitioner earlier has got expired, the petitioner seeks for renewal of the building sanction.

3. The petitioner claims that he was unable to upload the renewal application online due to some technical glitch. In view of the same, this writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner had earlier applied for building sanction manually, the petitioner can once again submit the application to the respondents seeking for renewal of the building sanction also, manually. The statement made by the respondents is recorded by this Court.

5. In terms of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit the renewal application with the second respondent manually, seeking for renewal of the building sanction as prayed for in this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the same, within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
