ORDER
The Revision petitioner is the husband of the first respondent. Aggrieved over the order passed by the Trial Court, the present Criminal Revision has been filed, challenging the maintenance order. Having filed revision in the year 2010 till date he has not taken effective steps to serve notice to the respondents namely the wife and children.
2.The above fact clearly indicates that he has no inclination to proceed with the matter further and there is no representation for the Revision Petitioner even today. 3.Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is dismissed for nonprosecution.
