The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(a) of the order dated 24.02.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3694 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the earlier order passed by this Court with regard to the deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- , but, on seeing the facts that while granting anticipatory bail, at his consent only he has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Accordingly, the petition was ordered. Now, without depositing any amount, he wants to modify the said condition is not a justifiable one. I don't find any merits in this petition and liable to be dismissed.
