This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd Respondent or the concerned Official responsible for releasing the PF Amount to dispose of the letter of the Petitioner dated 02.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mrs.R.Meenakshi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent that the petitioner has not filed the Joint Declaration Form and if the required Form is filed, the 2nd Respondent will scrutinize the records and try to settle the amount, if any, lying to his credit at the earliest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of point.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to file the Joint Declaration Form to receive the Provident Fund dues lying with the EPF Organisation.

4. In view of the above submission made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd Respondent to disburse the Provident Fund dues, if any lying to his credit to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of furnishing the required Joint Declaration Form by the petitioner to the EPFO. No costs.
