PRAYER : This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/482(1)(b), to modify the condition imposed in para no.7 of Crl.O.P.No.2713 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025, in connection with Crime No.41 of 2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.7 of Crl.O.P.No.2713 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025, in connection with crime no.41 of 2025.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by mistake, instead of depositing before the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai, the petitioner has deposited before the Environmental Fund, Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the said deposit is accepted. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 04.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2713 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
