The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 09.09.2015, stating that he is a tenant with respect to the suit property. Pending Second Appeal, the appellant had executed a fresh lease deed dated 01.07.2001 in favour of the first respondent. and he has also produced the copy of fresh lease deed.
