ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent-Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2013 and to file a final report.
No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2013 on 13.03.2013, for the offences under Sections 468 and 420 IPC, and final report has not yet been filed by the second respondent-Police.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that draft charge sheet is ready and after getting approval from the Additional Public Prosecutor, the same will be filed before the jurisdictional Court.

5. Accepting the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
