This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari directing the respondents to quash the records in Ref.No: Hepc/Admn/14-15 dated 07.01.2015 as illegal and unsustainable. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on an earlier occasion the petitioner was not represented. 3.
The learned counsel for the second respondent is present. 3.
The petitioners have challenged the extension of service after their retirement. The petitioners have approached the Labour Court and as they do not have the provision for passing any interim order, the petitioners approached this Court.

It is reported by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the petitioners have retired from service. 5.
Once the petitioners have retired from service, the cause does not survive any more in this writ petition. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this case any more and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Connected M.P. is closed.
