ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested for the offence under Sections 376, 506(ii) and 34 of IPC in Cr.No.244 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 in the case had raped a mentally challenged girl and the other accused captured video of the same. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the victim girl is pregnant.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
