With consent on either side, the main Writ Petitions themselves are taken up for the final disposal at the admission stage.

According to the petitioners, the 4th respondent issued a E-tender notification No.48/2025-2026/Ka.Po/Ka(Ka&Pa) Circle / Salem for the work namely, "Construction of martyr's Monument / Jail Martyr's Memorial Mandapam of 22 in the Salem District dated 27.02.2026. Further, as per the special condition for tenderers, the petitioner made a representation to the 5th respondent seeking Site Visit Certificate, but there was no response and again, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.03.2026 and the same was also not considered, hence the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Site Visit Certificates will be issued to the petitioners today, viz., 06.03.2026 at 5.00 P.M.,

Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Site Visit Certificates will be issued to the petitioners today, viz., 06.03.2026 at 5.00 P.M., the present Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
