krk 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent filed compliance report along with the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner dated 03.06.2024. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In the light of the enquiry conducted and final orders passed through proceedings dated 03.06.2024, no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition.
