ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294-B, 498-A and 506(i) of IPC in crime Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police , seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the CSR is pending against this petitioner on the file of the SRMC All Women Police Station for alleged complaint of dowry harassment.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would states that already divorce proceedings has initiated and the same pending for past one year and for the counter blast, a false case has been given against him.

4. Taking note of the fact that the respondent police registered a case in CSR.No.29 of 2022 and the enquirey is pending, it is suffice to direct the petitioner to appear before the SRMC All Women Police Station and to cooperate with the investigation and on such co-operation, there shall no be order of arrest till the completion of enquiry in CSR.No.29 of 2022.

5. With this above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
