ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of IPC in read with Section 82(a)(c) of Registration Act, 1908 in C.C.No.3538 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.3538 of 2020 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai.
