This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13283 of in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet filed.

3.Considering the fact that final report arrived and the aforesaid submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
