ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2316 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.354 of 2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2316 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025 is relaxed.
