For Petitioners : Mr.A.Ansar For Respondents : Mr.U.Baranidharan for R1 Mr.M.Ravi for R2 C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation preferred by the petitioners on 19.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 01.03.2024 respectively and further direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were appointed as Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor and Lab Instructor respectively, in the second respondent College, however, the second respondent College abruptly relieved the petitioners and challenging the same, they filed W.P.Nos.11869 of 2016, 41055 of 2015 and 772 of 2016 respectively and the said writ petitions were dismissed by this Court on 22.06.2018 and aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed W.A.Nos.2338, 2662 and 2657 of 2018 and the said writ appeals were dismissed on 30.01.2023. Thereafter, the petitioners realized that the procedure contemplated under Section 19 of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges Regulation Act, 2/5

1976 were not followed before relieving the petitioners, thereby the petitioners made representation to the respondents, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation preferred by the petitioners on 19.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 01.03.2024 respectively and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioners lost their case before this Court and readjudicating the very same is impermissible. 4.Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.Perusal of records reveal that the petitioners were appointed as Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor and Lab Instructor respectively, in the second respondent College, however, the second respondent College abruptly relieved the petitioners and challenging the same, they filed W.P.Nos.11869 of 2016, 41055 of 2015 and 772 of 2016 respectively and the said writ petitions were dismissed by this Court on 22.06.2018 and aggrieved by the same, the 3/5

petitioners filed W.A.Nos.2338, 2662 and 2657 of 2018 and the said writ appeals were dismissed on 30.01.2023. Re-adjudicating the very same is impermissible. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in these writ petitions.
