W.M.P.No.9338 of 2023 in W.P.No.9224 of 2023 W.M.P.No.9338 of 2023 in W.P.No.9224 of 2023 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original de-occupation notice issued by the third respondent dated 08.02.2023' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original impugned notice was not readily available and therefore, they have filed a true extract of the impugned notice along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'The petitioner further submits that the impugned order of the 3rd respondent's order made in Notice No.ZONE VIII/TPENF/426/2022 is not readily available in its original; however true extract of the same is filed herewith......'
