ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18490 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21086 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21086 of 2024 by an order dated 30.08.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18490 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21086 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
