ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.2272 of 2011 dated 24.06.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Today, Mr.Ashokan, Sub-Inspector of Police, DCB, Tiruppur is present.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that initially the FIR in this case was registered by the Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station in Crime No.2272/2011 and thereafter, the case was transferred to the file of the District Crime Branch, Tiruppur. He further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation in Crime No.2272/2011 was completed and charge sheet was filed on 13.12.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udumalpet, but, the same was returned to the police on the ground that the original records are before this Court in Crl.OP.No.21229/2011.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
