The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 13.09.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 18812 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.09.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed on 11.01.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
