Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to settle the pending fee bills of the petitioner for the professional services rendered on behalf of the 2nd respondent in the District of the Nilgiris as Law Officer as per G.O.Ms.No.373 Home (Courts-I) Department dated 09.03.1995. ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to settle the pending fee bills of the petitioner for the professional services rendered by him on behalf of the 2nd respondent in the District of the Nilgiris as Law Officer as per G.O.Ms.No.373 Home (Courts-I) Department, dated 09.03.1995.
2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the issue between the parties was settled and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
