JUDGMENT

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed an affidavit, dated 21.12.2017, duly signed by the appellant, stating that he has handed over the possession of the disputed property to the second respondent. Paragraph 3 of the said affidavit reads as under :

"3. I respectfully submit that I have executed a Sale Deed, dated 14.03.2014, in favour of Anandaraj, the Respondent herein and handed over the possession on the same date. After handing over the property, the respondent herein demarcated the property with the help of the authorities and now he is cultivating in the said property...."

2. Recording the contents of the affidavit, this Second Appeal is closed, as nothing survives for consideration therein. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
