Contempt Petition No.607 of 2019 21.8.2019, stated that the Government, after careful examination, have decided to accept the proposal of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and accord permission to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests to regularize the service of Thiru P.Subramaniyan from 7.8.2009 and to appoint him in the post of Supernumerary Plot Watcher on par with Tvl.M.Annamalai and G.Munusamy and also to pay the monetary benefit from 7.8.2009 to 31.10.2013.

2. Placing on record the aforesaid Government Order dated 21.8.2019, this contempt petition stands closed, as the order has been complied with.
