The prayer sought for herein is to extend the time for completion of the case by another four months.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal including six months time has been completed on 23.02.2019 within which period, pleadings have been completed and it is at the stage of taking oral evidence and therefore according to the learned counsel for both sides, it will take another Eight months to one year to complete the arbitration proceedings.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral tribunal for a further period of eight months from 24.04.2019, within which period, it is expected that the arbitration proceedings would be concluded and final award would be passed.
