This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7652 of 2023 on 03.08.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complied with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m., until completion of the trial proceedings and he shall also appear before the trial Court for every hearing for a further period of two months without fail.
