2. Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate today, produced a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tamilnadu Food Safety and Drug Administration Department,

Chennai in R.No.7886/2015/S1/FSSA dated 25.02.2016, in and by which, the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected.

3. In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed and the petitioner association is at liberty to challenge the above said proceedings in accordance with law. The proceedings of the Commissioner, Tamilnadu Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, Chennai in R.No.7886/2015/S1/FSSA dated 25.02.2016, is taken on file and placed on record. No costs.
