This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19734 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8301 of 2023, dated 20.12.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19734 of in Crl.O.P.No.8301 of 2023, dated 20.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
