The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition, seeking permission to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition with liberty to work out proper remedy before the appropriate forum. 2.Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the Petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent forum for redressal of his grievance, if any, if he so desires.
