When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent produced a communication of the 4th respondent dated 16.03.2026, wherein it is stated that the amount will be disbursed to the petitioner in the upcoming audit year. It is represented that the said amount would be disbursed within a period of two months from today.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. The 4th respondent is directed to disburse the amount to the petitioner within a period of two months from today. No costs.
