This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.19737 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8294 of 2024, dated 20.12.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19737 of in Crl.O.P.No.8294 of 2024, dated 20.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.
