ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.604 of 2024 dated 03.05.2024 that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.604 of 2024 dated 03.05.2024 is modified as

the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
