This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 05.01.2015 made in R.C.No.5032/A-2/2014 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and he produced the death certificate of the petitioner. In view of the same, he requested this Court to dismiss this writ petition as having become infructuous.
