ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para no.3 of Crl.M.P.No.15491 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19914 of 2024 by an order dated 07.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19914 of 2024 by the order dated 22.08.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15491 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19914 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is relaxed.
